Please read the following terms carefully before your appointment. By booking a service with 0161 Valeting, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service and handover of the vehicle.
If you are paying via bank transfer, a screenshot of the payment confirmation must be sent via direct message as proof of payment.

2. Vehicle Preparation
All personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle prior to our arrival.
0161 Valeting is not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle. Any belongings left are done so at your own risk.

3. Pricing & Additional Charges
All pricing provided is a general guideline.
Additional charges may apply for the following (but not limited to):

  • Pet hair removal
  • Vomit clean up
  • Excessively soiled interiors
  • Any task that requires significantly more time, effort, or specialist care

4. Water & Power Requirements
While we are equipped with water and generators, we may require access to electricity or water depending on your location. Please ensure this is available if requested.

5. Work Locations & Conditions
Work will only be carried out in safe and suitable areas.
If the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for our team or equipment, we reserve the right to refuse or reschedule the service.

6. Weather Conditions
In cases of adverse weather that could affect the quality or safety of our work, we reserve the right to rearrange your booking to a more suitable day and time.
